Rami helped us come to a final decision and walked with us each step of the way from getting the financing to taking pictures of us with a big red bow on the car (it's Dec 23) when we were finished. Rami's great customer service did not end when the sale was final. After getting home, I realized we had only received one key. With most dealerships, when buying a used vehicle, we would have been out of luck. Not so with Phillips Chevrolet! Rami took care of getting us a second key and remote (at no charge), and again walked me through to work with the service department, even expediting the process for me. Thanks for making our Christmas a little merrier, Rami! More
