But Phillips has caring, honest (yes honest), helpful & knowledgeable staff that always make me feel "taken care of". Phillips has extremely competitive pricing across the board. All my cars (3 to be exact) all purchased at Phillips. Rami & Rafat are my go to guys, they make me feel like family. Service dept are detailed & efficient. Every time I pay Phillips a visit, all departments are very busy, but I never feel it...they always make time for me & give me the attention I need. Great Customer Service When I first arrived I was greeted by Rami. He was very nice and polite. I could tell by his persona he was a very good salesman. Anyway, I was not trying to buy a car that very day but with the deal he gave me I could not pass it up. I told him my goal I wanted to achieve and this guy made it an reality. I went in wanting to walk out with a 2015 Impala in black but came out with a silver one (which soon grew on me). I believe I got a decent amount on my trade as well. Every time I go to visit the dealership he always makes sure to say hi and introduce himself to whomever I'm with. Now that is what I call customer service! Overall, my experience was very pleasant I really appreciated his patience. if I wasn't being so Indecisive i could have left out within an hour. Ha. Keep up the good work Rami! P.s.
