I have had some very negative experiences while purchasing cars in the past so that makes the way I was treated that much more impressive. Phillips Chevrolet seems to hired very professional and knowledgeable employees. It has been very busy every time I've been there and I know why. Well Worth the Trip After looking for a couple of months and having a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships we decided to make our search radius larger and are s After looking for a couple of months and having a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships we decided to make our search radius larger and are so glad that we did. Phillips not only had the best price but Rami made the experience a smooth and pleasurable one. He knew we were on our way and since we had a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there he pulled the keys so the car we were interested in would not be sold out under us, which had happened at another dealer. Not only did he pull the keys, he also had the car cleaned up and pulled around to help speed up the process since we had a long drive home. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He paired us with Emir in financing which was a good fit for us. It was a great experience. The next time we are looking for a new vehicle we will look at Phillips and call Rami first. More

He was very knowledgeable and took time to understand what was important to us. He found the perfect model for us with everything we needed. Everyone we met at Phillips was great.
