I had a very disappointing experience with Parkway Honda regarding a set of tires I stored with them. When I booked my service appointment, their staff confirmed that my tires were in storage. At check-in, the service advisor even asked if I wanted to store the tires again after the seasonal change, which clearly indicated that their system showed the tires were still there. However, after waiting approximately 2.5 hours, I was informed that my tires were “missing” and that I would need to purchase a new set. These tires were part of my vehicle purchase and had a value of approximately $4,900. I had prior communication with the dealership and was told storage was not an issue. The explanation I later received does not align with what their system and staff confirmed on the day of my appointment. I am currently seeking a resolution for this matter. More
