Service is the main reason we have owned a Mercedes for many years, and this last visit solidified this decision. A tow truck arrived at our location within an hour, along with an Uber to take us to the s many years, and this last visit solidified this decision. This was the second time I utilized Peter Herman as my service/sales associate and again Peter did an outstanding job servicing my vehicle for a slow tire leak and rim repair. He went over and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed (checked the tire 3 times before identifying the problem) and then negotiated with the warranty company to ensure I did not pay any costs for repair and tire replacement. Peter is a truly a knowledgeable professional and would recommend him to any consumer desiring maintenance or service. FIVE STAR RATING!!!! On a side note, I would recommend that service attendees use gloves when driving cars to and from the service areas. Leaving smudges and slamming doors should be avoided. More
