I wasn't really going to get a new vehicle this early in the year, however, because of Pauline's welcoming demeanour, professionalism, knowledge of the products and services, personalized service, and patience (she reminds you of stuff like a big sister), I made a big decision to retire my Honda Accord and get a Toyota RAV4. As a sales person myself, I felt that Pauline broke the ice early and was not pushy. She was supportive and made suggestions based on my needs. I couldn't wait for the Canadian International AutoShow to commence to check and see if there were special offers at the site by Toyota. I guess I purchased the vehicle in time for Valentine's Day, a special treat for my wife as I drove her to an appointment downtown in a brand-new car. I hope the guys at the dealership are available tomorrow for my vehicle's first carwash. Just to let you know too, that the carwash is complementary for all vehicles purchased from the dealership!
