She is very understanding and really speaks to you like a friend and not just another customer. My parents are always satisfied with her service which is why we just bought our new Highlander from her! And will be coming back to purchase another from her as well. She's not pushy and lets you take your time and make your own decisions. She spoke to us about more than one vehicle and different options that she felt would be suitable for us and that was very helpful because she wasn't just trying to sell us the most expensive vehicle and call that a day. She gets to know her customers, she listens, and tries to give you an option(s) that would best fit you. She is very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles as well.
