Very pleassant I had a very good experience purchasing my vehicle. The only part that I did not like was the fact that there is a process to work out the price and I had a very good experience purchasing my vehicle. The only part that I did not like was the fact that there is a process to work out the price and then once we agreed on a price then there are a bunch of other options brought up to increase the price a little more. That should be included in the negotiations as the buyer feels like they have agreed on a price and then there is something else to increase it more. More

He was very knowledgeable, detail oriented, friendly and not pushy at all. He patiently showed us every feature and answered all of our questions. Jackson Acura also matched a competitors price to make it a really great deal. They didn't have to car in stock, so they brought it in from out of state in only a couple of days. My financing representative was also very friendly and she answered all of my many, many questions. So far I would easily give them 5 stars. I also bought some all weather mats and the young man working there was very kind, and he even gave me a very good discount on those as well. I plan on servicing my vehicle there and plan on having great customer service there as well. More
