I purchased a Buick Verano approximately a month ago from your sales representative: Paul Rodrigues Mr. Rodrigues provided myself and my family exceptional service and as an individual who has been in sales and sales management for a number of years, I appreciate a strong and positive buying experience. Furthermore, I am confident we can all agree that acknowledgement and praise are important for training purposes along with well-deserved performance. Having said this, my personal situation and buying objective was unclear at the onset of my vehicle research. Previous to approaching Paul, I was initially leaning towards a Hyundai (at your dealership!) and after speaking with Paul not only did he locate a vehicle that was a better fit for my needs, the ‘class comparison’ of his recommendations was superior in all facets of vehicle performance, with upsells including winter tires, tint, blue tooth and painted rim - along with providing me more competitive pricing. Truthfully, a Buick Verano was a vehicle that I had never heard of, but now driving this car for over a month, I have no complaints – exceptional customer satisfaction. Mr. Rodrigues, did notify me about a survey that was to receive which would rate my experience with your dealership, however I did not receive it. In turn, I wanted to be proactive and send you this message as Mr. Rodrigues is certainly asset to your team and a strong representative of your brand. He is a special individual and my parents are already waiting for a new vehicle to be released next spring where I am confident Mr. Rodrigues will be approached to negotiate this new sale. My experience is certainly a testament to referral business and I can I assure you that I will be more than happy to share my experiences with others who are seeking to purchase a new vehicle. He also speaks very highly of his fellow colleagues and his employer you can tell he truly appreciates his position and the company he works for which speaks highly on his integrity. I will most certainly me calling/ messaging him again when the itch for that 7th car begins. I do also have to say the consistency of going to Finch and the same faces are there speaks highly for the company as well. I like to deal with the same people its familiarity and they know you by name and the history, all of that means something. More

Paul is personable and knowledgable and after buying several cars from him, he knows exactly what I want. Paul is never pushy, he just answers all your questions and makes recommendations. I had previously owned 4 Chevy Malibu's and when I couldn't see one I liked when I came to trade mine in, he showed me the Cruze, I bought one and just recently traded it for an updated 2016 one. Paul always follows up your sale with a call or email to see if you are happy with the purchase or to see if you have any questions or concerns. He also sends birthday cards for the car which is a nice touch. I would highly recommend Paul if you are looking for a car. You will immediately feel at ease and never feel like you are being hustled. He will always do what is in your best interest. More
