I have only dealt with one sales person Paul Rodrigues I met him back when he was at the south dale store and now he has moved over to the location he is at now . The personable, caring, trust worthy advise he has given me over the past 8 years is why I keep going back to Finch. I told him what I wanted to do over the phone when I showed up Saturday he had all of the information ready to go and it made sense and he explained it very well. He loves what he does he loves where he works and you can tell in the experience you have with him. I am sure with out a doubt that I will return for another one. More

Going The Extra Mile I bought a used Audi off of Paul Rodrigues back in March of 2014, at this time I also bought the extended service plan through Global Warranty. Little I bought a used Audi off of Paul Rodrigues back in March of 2014, at this time I also bought the extended service plan through Global Warranty. Little did he or the dealership know that this car had an oil consumption problem which caused it to burn oil excessively. Once the problem, and the fact that the extended warranty company wouldn't cover the repair on the car due to the fact they considered it a wear and tear issue, was brought to their attention, Paul and Jordin Finch himself have done nothing but try and make this problem right, This has resulted in my car being repaired at no cost or inconvenience to me! The very least I can say is that I am ecstatic for the service that I have received from Paul and what he has been able to accomplish for me in getting my issue resolved, and continuing to support me as a customer long after the sale. They will now have a customer for life because of their efforts which have gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a dealership. More
