Everything thing was great here until I bought my truck. My truck never came with a block heater cord!! So I reached out to them about it right away and they said they would order me one. So I want into the dealer to see if they had it yet. And they said it was never ordered and I said I needed one being that it’s winter. They gave me a really bad attitude and gave me one out of a truck in the lot. Not long after that my 3 m tap started to peal so I reached out 4 times now and have nothing back from them and it’s been 4 months since it started pealing. This dealer ship doesn’t seam to care about the customer once they have the money and you are out the door. I would not recommend lake wood Chevrolet. More
