Tom Neglio's explanations of supplementary packages helped us decide on an extended warranty, a pre-paid maintenance plan that will help maintain our cars and save us in the long run, and the perma-plate sealant will protect my car inside and out. Thanks to Geoff Kaleal in Service for taking care of the perma-sealing and returning my car to me at my home. Special kudos go to Henri Xhialli, the delivery consultant, who showed us all kinds of technical applications and helped program our cars. He was very polite, thorough in his explanation of the vehicles I considered for purchase and did his best to help me meet my budget.I hope he remains there. Unlike the aftermarket group your sales department seems to have a high turnover. Each time I purchased a vehicle it was a different salesman to deal with. More
