I met with Pat Mancini and he stayed late after his shift, so that he could show me the vehicle. He introduced me to Tom and John after my test drive. I met with Hendrick on Monday. All of these men were wonderful - very friendly, courteous and approachable. I know that Pat and Hendrick worked a little extra for me to help make this happen :) I thank them all for this wonderful experience...and would highly recommend this dealership and all the staff. Go see them if you are interested in buying a new car. The owner of the company...I'm sorry if I have the name incorrect-Joe-he even put the plates on my new car! This is the 2nd time I have bought from this dealership and years from now when I may be looking again...THIS is the only place I will go :) More

I called the dealership and spoke to Pat Mancini and setup a day and time to see the car. I made the trip from St Catharines and the soul was just as Pat stated on the phone. We took it for a nice long test drive not just around the block , which was great as you could get a feel of what the car was all about. I did buy the car and it was great experience dealing with Pat and Gio they treated my very fairly. I must say that Pat is a ture asset to this dealership ,as he went above and beyond to help get this deal done for me and my sister. Thank You More
