One of the easiest auto purchase/lease I've ever had!! I have a very good relationship with Kevin Madeo for many years. I learned that he was no longer w/Subaru of Hilton Head but with Crews in Charleston. I have a very good relationship with Kevin Madeo for many years. I learned that he was no longer w/Subaru of Hilton Head but with Crews in Charleston., I immediately decided to drive the 100+ miles to lease my 2018 Outback from Kevin @Crews. All the Crews people welcomed me immediately, making me feel very comfortable! Kevin, as I knew, went over the lease and familiarization completely. I drove the 100+ miles back home & immediately fell in love with my new 2018 Outback...drives like it's on "Auto-Pilot" and it's much quieter!! More

Great buying experience! My first contact with Crews Subaru was to bring in my older Forrester for service and repair. I knew I wanted a newer model and had been searching onl My first contact with Crews Subaru was to bring in my older Forrester for service and repair. I knew I wanted a newer model and had been searching online. I made an appointment with Tracie Mason over the phone and the process from start to finish was great. I have nothing but good things to say about Crews Subaru as a dealership, my first contact with Tracie who then introduced me to Rhett Crull who guided me through the decision making process, and Pam Baker who helped me through the finance process, usually the most stressful part of buying a car. I new I wanted to upgrade and had picked a new Forrester online. Rhett greeted me with a smile. His name suits him well, aka Rhett Butler, charming, delightful to work with, no pressure sales, knowledgeable about the cars and available inventory, and suggesting an Outback that was available that had all the features on my wish list and more. Have to say, I immediately fell in love with the car after the test drive. A good product sells itself; a good "salesperson" helps the buyer make the right decision. I bought a 2018 Outback with all the trimmings and don't regret it one bit. I usually drive cars a long time and wanted one that would last many years and provide me with safety, security, and the Subaru reputation that is well earned. I don't understand why folks spend thousands more on those "luxury" cars that are very costly to drive and maintain. I wake up everyday to my Wilderness Green Outback and the commute to work/home makes it all worth it. I am an outdoorsy person and animal lover and Subaru definitely has the hold on those markets. The Saturday I bought my car, there was a promotion going on and I had the fun experience of meeting Ken French, whom I had coincidentally attended and graduated with from USC. It was a great day in what has been a stressful year. And, some nice gentleman brought me "sweet tea" a southern staple. Can't ask for more than that. And, there is the "coolest" sink in the ladies room! I notice things like that. And, Pam Baker has the most gorgeous vintage diamond ring that I would have probably bought had it been for sell:) Pam was great, We really hit if off. She put me at ease and helped me with financing. Got me a better deal than I had researched. Great team! Hope to see you all in the not too distant future. It's just a fun place to be! More

I traded my 8 year old Outback, my third Subaru purchase since 1998, for my fourth Subaru -the 2018 Crosstek. Very fair trade in value and discount off sticker price. Paperwork quickly processed, and car was made ready for me same day to drive away. And I am delighted with the newly updated and remodeled Crosstek which packs a lot of value in a reasonable list price. I have had my 2010 Outback serviced at Crews Subaru since purchased. Service department and staff (Jason, Matt, and Doug) are very knowledgeable, polite, and capable. And Kevin and his colleagues like Brett in the parts department have always been helpful, and parts arrive quickly. I can enthusiastically recommend this dealership as well as Subaru vehicles. I doubt I will ever buy another brand. More
