one day service to a new vehicle Pam did the "paper work" she was friendly, open and knowledgeable as to all aspects of what had to be done and w hat each piece of paper represented. The process went smoothly and I greatly appreciated her ability to get me thru all the documentation with a smile. George Cirone was the salesperson my wife and I dealt with. He introduced himself while we were looking at several models in the showroom. He was extremely helpful in going several models with us. We told 'him our desires and he did not try to "move" into any particular model but just explained the value of each model. He was extremely helpful in getting models for us to look and and drive. Once we had made our decision, he helped to go over our selection in detail so we could better understand all aspects of the vehicle. He was a real help and we greatly appreciated his effort and knowledge. More

Great car buying experience!! We were planning on purchasing an Outback, but were undecided whether or not to go with the 2017 or 2018. Our salesman, Rhett Crull, really helped us We were planning on purchasing an Outback, but were undecided whether or not to go with the 2017 or 2018. Our salesman, Rhett Crull, really helped us to understand the differences between them, and during a great test drive, demonstrated all of the awesome features of the 2018. He is so knowledgeable! Although we felt no pressure to buy, we loved the car and decided to purchase. It was late in the day, but our loan paperwork was processed quickly and we were able to drive the car home that evening! The whole experience was professional. We are grateful to Rhett, Josh, and Pam for making the process so efficient and painless!! More

"TOTAL experience!" Three weeks after moving to Charleston, I was rear-ended and my 2017 Subaru Outback had to be towed from the accident. It was towed directly to Crews Three weeks after moving to Charleston, I was rear-ended and my 2017 Subaru Outback had to be towed from the accident. It was towed directly to Crews Collision upon my request. Little did I know this would be the best "instant" decision I would ever make! Everyone at their collision center was incredible, kept me well informed, worked diligently with my insurance company, and ensured that my safety came first. The car was finally totaled and I met the incredible sales staff at Crews Subaru. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me during this frustrating time. I am now in my NEW NEW 2017 Subaru Outback and LOVING it! THANK YOU CREWS FAMILY! More

"I Tell Everyone" On Wednesday, August 9, 2917 I drove in for service for my 2011 Subaru Outback and I drove out with a 2016 Subaru Outback. I asked someone in service On Wednesday, August 9, 2917 I drove in for service for my 2011 Subaru Outback and I drove out with a 2016 Subaru Outback. I asked someone in service about wanting to see what my car would be worth on a trade in. Well that started it. Nina Milroth brought up two Subarus and was lovely. Pam Baker stepped in also and got someone to handle things as far as the price of the trade in on my car. Pam is wonderful. I told Pam in the parking lot that since i have owned a Subaru i would never buy anything else. It's the "best car" and that's what i tell everyone. Hats off to Nina and Pam for all their help! I requested info on a car online and received information from Tracie within minutes and set me up with an appointment with Barry. He kindly reached out to introduce himself and didn't not pressure me to hurry and come in. He greeted myself and my family extremely polite and respectfully. He had the car ready to be test drove. Barry was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as others. They offered me a fair price on the trade in and made the process so extremely easy. Zero pressure whatsoever & everyone there made a point to smile and say hello. Pam walked me through financing and asked the right financial questions and for what was important to me before pushing any warranties. When it's time for another car I will be coming to see Barry and the team at Crews. More

However, I had the pleasure of dealing with Trey Norwood who not only guided me gently on my prompts but did not push me in any direction at all. He patiently showed me several models, several new & old. He highlighted the positive & negative in relation to my needs. I have to say his salesman techniques are outstanding.
