I'd do it all over again! Having communicated via email with Linda, I knew what I wanted walking into the dealership. I left with something even better. My plan was to purchase Having communicated via email with Linda, I knew what I wanted walking into the dealership. I left with something even better. My plan was to purchase the Crosstrek with a manual transmission (diehard manual driver!), but it just didn't feel right it - especially in Charleston's stop-and-go traffic. Barry suggested I try out the Crosstrek automatic. I immediately felt at home in the car. Barry answered every question to my satisfaction, asked me questions to make sure I really wanted to go with the automatic, and had a great sense of humor throughout the entire process. Pam, the finance manager, walked me through each step of spending money and kept me from becoming overwhelmed. For my follow-up visit, John was able to answer the many questions I had acquired while driving my car the first week. As long as I live the in Low-Country, I plan on using Crews Subaru for any future car purchase. Love the team here! And I LOVE my Crosstrek! More

Worth the Drive I have been shopping for a new primary vehicle. After a poor experience with my local Subaru dealer (long story), I reached out to Crews Subaru which I have been shopping for a new primary vehicle. After a poor experience with my local Subaru dealer (long story), I reached out to Crews Subaru which is about a 2 hour drive from my home. I had previous experience with this dealership, as several months ago, I had found a particular used car on their lot that I had been searching for on the internet. It turned out that I bought that car and it was a favorable experience. From the Crews' website, I determined that they happened to have the exact vehicle at their dealership that I had been interested in at my local dealership (right down to the same color and MSRP). Learning this, I did not hesitate to call Nina Milfroth, the sales rep I had previously bought the used car from. She remembered our earlier experience and was eager to help me. To shortened this story - she proceeded to arrange a superior deal that lacked the deception, and unethical business practices that I experienced at my local Subaru dealership (worthy of a separate, scathing review). The wife and I drove to North Charleston a couple days later, picked up the vehicle in the morning, then went to the beautiful Charleston waterfront for lunch and a couple hours of sightseeing. I couldn't be happier with this whole experience with Crews Subaru. More

From woe to woo! Unfortunately my very first new car of 3 years was a victim to Hirricane Irma's wrath. It was declared a total loss after a flash flood took its life. At just over 8 months pregnant I was in no standing to be dealing with any unexpected additional expenses -like buying a new car, but I needed a vehicle to support my growing family. From the initial greeting at the door of Crew's Subaru to my send off in a new-to-me (used) vehicle my experience at Crew's was above and beyond wonderful. Robert K is the most genuinely passionate car enthusiast and energetically caring human being in the sales world that I've ever come across - especially when it came to the Subaru line of vehicles. He has an intense belief in the Subaru technology and engineering that is transparant as he not only explains the pros and possible drawbacks of each model, but tries to find the perfect vehicle for you. His energy is contagious! Robert took me through a couple options of used cars available at the time-not just Subaru's, trying to figure out which would be my best option (with a little one on the way and a very strict budget). He based our test drives in vehicles that had features important to me and never pressured me to try one car over another while still educating me on all the specs of each car. To me, purchasing a car is a big deal - it means signing on for a new loan and making that financial commitment, which I don't take lightly. Robert opened my eyes to the perfect vehicle, Josh created some behind the scenes magic on an amazing price and Pam worked through the loan details making sure I felt confident -all of which made my decision a comfortable and easy one. I cannot thank them, and everyone else who took care of me at Crews that day, enough! More

Doesn't get any better! I hadn't until I met Rob at Crews Subaru. He was very active in helping me find the perfect car. His communication was timely and answered all my questions (even the questions I texted him during off-work hours). He was very kind, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of my car. His non-pushy sales technique is what sold me. He was so genuine, I really felt like he had my best interest at heart. Once we worked through the details, I met with Pam Baker. Pam is so sweet and you can tell she has a lot of experience by the way she walks you through the financing process. She knew exactly what I needed and did not try to upsell me (that is a big factor, in my opinion). Pam took the time to answer any questions I had and I left really feeling like I made a friend. Since my purchase, I have converted 2 of my close friends to be Crews Subaru car owners as well! I am sure when the time comes for another upgrade, Robert will be the first person I call. Thank you! I've also been impressed by their commitment to local animal shelters, so buying a Subaru at Crews was an easy choice. I worked with Robert Kozakiewicz,, who was a delight. Knowledgable, no pressure, friendly and fun. I have never been much of a car enthusiast, but the 2016 Outback that I bought two days ago is a dream. Their employees couldn't be more patient in guiding me through all the smart car features. More

Purchasing my FIRST Subaru After being a Honda owner since 1992, I was in the market for a new vehicle and set my sights on the re-designed 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, I thought. Up After being a Honda owner since 1992, I was in the market for a new vehicle and set my sights on the re-designed 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, I thought. Upon my research, I found Consumer Reports rated the Subaru highly in all categories. In addition, my parents own an Outback and my cousin owns two Foresters. They love their vehicles. My Dad said, "You will love your Subaru. It is a great car.". Upon my test drive, Crosstrek was "the one for me". I will have to say the experience of purchasing my 2018 Crosstrek at Crews Subaru was both fun and professional. Rhett Crull, Josh Stringer, and Pam Baker made the process most enjoyable. They really know their product and are assets to Crews Subaru! It was like buying from family. There need be no question as to from whom and where I will purchase my next vehicle. More
