Simon was very knowledgeable about the car and very nice to work with. My husband and I met several other employees, including the mechanic, and were given top-notch service. This was the most pleasant experience that we have ever had in purchasing a car! The business manager, Louis Brenkman, was very efficient in the paperwork and it took very little time to go over the financing. Made an unusual situation into a great experience. Just after the snow storm and on a saturday, my son and I go to a competitive local dealer just down the street to check out a new vihicle. they were not after the snow storm and on a saturday, my son and I go to a competitive local dealer just down the street to check out a new vihicle. they were not prepared and asked us to come again another day. on our way home we noticed that this dealed had all the snow cleared away from the cars and were standing OUTSIDE in the freezing wheather greeting customers. Then they performed the miracle; they actually listen to our needs and matched us to the perfect answer. Thank you Wilson County Hyundai. And thank you Louie, Belinda and Paine. More
