We found them in Lebanon over 5 years ago and from the very beginning their service department went above and beyond our expectations. Even when the dealership changed hands, the super service continued. When it came time to trade our car and buy our new Sonata, the same quality of service transferred to the new car sales department. Ryan Vantrease, our salesman, was unbelievalbly knowledgeable, helpful and most of all NOT pushy or aggressive. His sales manager worked the "numbers" on our deal where it was impossible to walk away without buying the car. The staff of ladies in the sales department were extremely helpful to us and I might had, very proffesional and extremely pleasant to look at. The service department, headed by Randy Jackson and his group of mechanics, are the finest group of auto repair people I have ever worked with. I have worked with many over the years in 4 states, and they rate at the very top of my list. I would hearily recommend this dealership to any and all people who are shoping a new car, and feel anyone who doesn't see Wilson County Hyundai last, are making a huge mistake! An automatic e-mail response from Paine acknowledged the internet offer I made on a 2010 Kia Rio they had advertised in the Tennessean. I called the following day with an increased offer and spoke to Louis who relayed the further inquiry to Simon who returned my call on his day off in which he gave me a revised figure. The next day the car was cleaned and available for me to examine and test drive. I was given the CARFAX and a list of work they had done on the vehicle. He offered to have me inspect the vehicle with one of their mechanics, but had no objection to my taking the vehicle across the road to Firestone to examine the vehicle for $25. Satisfied with the vehicles condition I asked for the possibility of further lowering the price which they did enough to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. Belinda completed the paperwork and provided further warranty coverage cost information which was declined but remained available for a period should I change my mind. The vehicle was further prepped, fueled, and a second key located. The process and atmosphere was very pleasant, informative, and helpful with options and alternatives discussed when asked about. I was invited to respond in this forum as well as to an e-mail from Paine allowing me to register my experience at this dealership. More

The Finance process was outstanding as well. The Hyundai products today are unbelievable compared to just a few years ago. The fuel mileage and the options that are standard makes this vehicle the best in it's class. Check out Hyundai's 'Blue Link' if you like the GM OnStar then you will love 'Blue Link'! When we arrived at the dealership after driving some 120 miles we were welcomed, met with the sales team and introduced to the owner and Sales manager. We took a lengthy drive after a detailed presentation and were impressed with the vehicle which we had never seen before. Being Cadillac owners for many years we decided on the Equus after much research and the road test. We would recommend this dealer without equivocation. More

They made their money but they did not try to skin me alive as Signature VW Hyundai had. Wilson County Hyundai was VEERY reputable and did not try to bully or cheat me. They made the buying process painless and pleasant. I will purchase cars from them in the future without hesitation. More

Simon was very knowledgeable about the car and very nice to work with. My husband and I met several other employees, including the mechanic, and were given top-notch service. This was the most pleasant experience that we have ever had in purchasing a car! The business manager, Louis Brenkman, was very efficient in the paperwork and it took very little time to go over the financing.
