Owen was an exceptional advisor in regard to helping us with service on our Impala. He addressed all of my concerns with Impala, I had to have service on our Impala to replace the water pump for $1000. It with service on our Impala. Your dealership were the only ones to ever take off my tires. Last time they should have put lug lock back in glove compartment. They could not find it, I never touch it. Last time they must of not put it tires. Last time they should have put lug lock back in glove compartment. They could not find it, I never touch it. Last time they must of not put it back. Now I have to pay you to take off old one and put on new ones. I will not be returning. I really liked you and drove 45 minutes instead of going to Anderson just a few blocks away. Worse part is they try to blame me for not having it. Very disappointed. Owen was always good but kept saying I have stuff in my car, that had nothing to do with lug lock in glove box. More
