I bought a used vehicle on the sixth of November and I was charged all these fees because the truck was completely looked over and inspected , I took of back on the 13 of November because the truck drove was charged all these fees because the truck was completely looked over and inspected , I took of back on the 13 of November because the truck drove horrible the transmission kept hunting for Gears and the rpm’s where all over the place and the brakes vibrated when you stepped on them . There was a update done to the transmission so that’s much better now ,the brakes still shake . I noticed the brake pads where replaced and the rotors where not cut ! The service writer that took care of me I believe his name was Oscar was VERY RUDE !!! , told me that it wasn’t his problem and will never be his problem that I was having these issues and was no help at all , he didn’t mind at all that I left upset ! So the service at your dealership was horrible!! Will not recommend to anyone!! More
