Service was fast and efficient. Service advisor was very helpful. Only issue was leaving. Oscar Vizcarra in service was extremely helpful as usual. I live in West Palm & drive to Coral Springs specifically so I can deal with him & this dealership. After my visit In October, I called his boss & le I live in West Palm & drive to Coral Springs specifically so I can deal with him & this dealership. After my visit In October, I called his boss & left a message…..no reply. I then wrote a letter to him regarding Oscar & how much help he was to me. He didn’t mention it to him and that’s unfortunate in my eyes. I’m in customer service as well & when a customer reaches out to give praise….I feel it is upper management’s responsibility to let the employee know! It’s the employees who can make or break a company! More
