Appointments mean nothing. The customer service is terrible from the beginning to the end. Sebastian Olivo was my service rep and apparently he works when he wants to and not The customer service is terrible from the beginning to the end. This was at the counter just trying to check in. I asked if I should wait at the shop for the car and was told it would be 2 hours at most. I waited there for 4.5 hours. After paying, it took another .5 hours for the valet to pull up the car. This place is the worst. More
