My recent experience with Norman Vassell is nothing less than SUPERB! Norman has been my vehicle technician since 2017 when I relocated to Tampa. He has been both professional and personal in ensuring my than SUPERB! Norman has been my vehicle technician since 2017 when I relocated to Tampa. He has been both professional and personal in ensuring my vehicles are repaired at the best possible price and quality of service. I have rarely had to return the vehicles for follow-up work. I own a 1998 4-Runner with 409K miles and a 2006 Avalon with 208K miles. Both vehicles are well-maintained and operate as if they were new vehicles. This could only have been possible with the timely and cost-effective recommendations for service and repairs that Norman has made over the years. I been a loyal customer for many years. I even travel out of my way, over 35 miles to get good service. Your new billing policy (bank charges 3%, and then TOTB passes that charge down to th I even travel out of my way, over 35 miles to get good service. I depend on paying with a Credit card as I don't carry a large amounts of cash, especially when the bill is over $2000.00. Who carries that amount of money? I scheduled an oil change and the repairs were unexpected..There is no notice of this surcharge on your website. When I called to schedule my service I was not informed of the new policy. If so I would have made some other arrangements in settling the bill. To make matters worse the part that was to be installed was malfunctioning. I was told that a replacement part needs to be delivered. So another 35 miles home and 35 miles back the next day. My service rep, Norman Vassell was very helpful and tried to explain why the surcharge. Not his doing. I think its time to start looking closer to home for auto service. More

Norman Vassell was my service advisor long before at TTB, while he was at Sears. I was thrilled when he made the move. I fully trust the manner in which he treats/respects both me and my car. I ALWAYS leave while he was at Sears. I was thrilled when he made the move. I fully trust the manner in which he treats/respects both me and my car. I ALWAYS leave there with great confidence that my car will continue to do its best to take care of me. When he is not available, Justin handles my needs. Having been in the service industry, I am quick to notice when a business operates under the "team system." TTB service staff most definitely operates as a team and supports each other, from the moment your car comes up the drive until the moment it drives out. I didn't get the name of the young man who said he wanted run the car thru the wash before I left. I love when it is mentioned how much respect the staff has for Norman.....I totally agree! NORMAN VASSELL ROCKS!!! More

Norman Vassell was my advisor and he was outstanding. He was prompt getting to me when I drove in, listened to my concerns and took care of them.
