10 years ago I followed Steve Canalejo from the other Toyota service in town since I considered him the best ever. During those years he told me that if I ever needed help and he was not available, to a Toyota service in town since I considered him the best ever. During those years he told me that if I ever needed help and he was not available, to ask for Norman Vassell since he really trusted him. So now the time has come that Steve if no longer working there and I had my first service with Norman. He is everything Steve said he was. I am a very senior person - 94 - and was very anxious since I had a Frontier service person scheduled for the next day, and there was quite a bit of work to be done on my car -- but Norman not only got the work done "in time"... he also seemed to understand me.. I am looking forward to being the same happy customer with Norman as I have been during the past 10 years. More

I had to call and text numerous times to find out the exact cost for the repairs needed, and all repairs weren’t done. I requested everything to be done and looked @/evaluated and give me the cost. They exact cost for the repairs needed, and all repairs weren’t done. I requested everything to be done and looked @/evaluated and give me the cost. They only took care of the things needed in accordance to the plan maintenance for mileage. The AC doesn’t work properly, dome lights don’t work properly & the car wasn’t even washed (even though they said they did on the invoice). if you can go to another dealership (even if it means driving a little out of your way) do it quickly!! More
