I am extremely happy with the service provided by Norberto the salesman, he was patient and very knowledgeable. Karol the finance guy, very friendly and not pushy, and Karen helped me a lot by helpin Norberto the salesman, he was patient and very knowledgeable. Karol the finance guy, very friendly and not pushy, and Karen helped me a lot by helping me to know my New Grand Jeep Cherokee get familiar with my Grand Cherokee Summit 2022. She did went above and beyond to get me to know my vehicle. This is my 5th time buying a car at Firkins, I am always very satisfied with the service From starting with manager down to the person who got my car ready in the car wash department. These people have never disappointed, I am glad I came back for my SUV! I am in love with my new Summit SUV! Nice work! Keep it going! More
