Our purchase was pretty painless. Nora was great through the whole adventure. She took time out of her day to answer all my questions and stayed in the vehicle to help me setup on the Nora was great through the whole adventure. She took time out of her day to answer all my questions and stayed in the vehicle to help me setup on the gadgets until I was comfortable. There was a disappointment or two. First, we were using an out of state bank from my husbands home town that was giving us a great deal. I told (multiple times) two people what they needed to put on the paperwork for our bank. The information was still left off and delayed pick up of my vehicles by a week. Second, was the Karr Security system I was sold. I felt a little swindle after the fact because one person described the system differently and another person told us after paperwork was signed how it really works and I am not sure it was worth $500. Third, I don't know if Andrew was cranky because it was late and the dealership was closing but he was not very friendly and very blunt. Not excited we were giving the dealership business. More

We had a good experience but with a little more effort, it could have been great. Most of the people we interacted with were great and they were all very tolerant of our 3 kids, but it felt like we had to it could have been great. Most of the people we interacted with were great and they were all very tolerant of our 3 kids, but it felt like we had to ask for some obvious things. For example, as I was leaving with our new vehicle, I noticed one of the keys needed a new battery. I asked if they could get me a replacement but they said "no, we don't have any." Seems like an easy thing they could have done. More
