Very disappointed in Emich. We had our truck in as it was leaking coolant. They recommend a new radiator for $1,500. We had the work done and tried to drive home. Within three mile we got the HOT Engine light and the temperature gauge was red lining. This had NEVER happened before. We had to tow it back to Emich for $120.00. This time they did fix it correctly. However, they refused to pay the tow bill... which I believe they should have paid. It's their shoddy work that required the tow back to their garage. So, I paid the tow bill myself which I felt was not fair and Emich did not do the right thing. So, Emich saved $120.00... however, I am looking for a new Silverado or Tahoe. I can tell you where I will not be buying my new vehicle. More

My experience with Kade was terrible he was rude and unprofessional. I had to talk with Service Manager. The next day Roger had said he heard Kade the day before very unprofessional. An oil change a cha unprofessional. I had to talk with Service Manager. The next day Roger had said he heard Kade the day before very unprofessional. An oil change a changed light bulb and a new battery took almost 2 full days not sure why and nobody had answers. I would rate the overall service experience a 2 out of 5. More
