I have no title I will say I am a little upset that I was not notified by this service station of an extended warranty to fix a very expensive issue. I did receive a notice by mail through the settlement claim department, but at the time there was nothing wrong with my timing chain, so I forgot about it. The extended warranty expired 3 months before my service where I was informed that my timing chain needs to be replaced and it is going to cost over 3K to do so. When I asked about the extended warranty, which reads, 10 years or 100,000 miles, she said it had expired back in August. My 2009 has 97,000 miles on it, and it's currently December. According to my math, I should still be covered. I was also quoted $800 for breaks and an additional $800 for tires. -I took my car to Les Schwab and got all new tires for $435, and was told that my breaks and rotors are fine. The laundry list of things wrong with my car is astounding and if I went through Audi to fix these items, the cost associated is twice as much as the value of my car. Niki was very nice and communicative, and it's too bad she had to be the bearer of such bad news. I did enjoy the complimentary loaner car and speedy service. That's where you get a 4 star, "Good" rating. More

Fast diagnosis When we came home from a trip, our Allroad dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree--four warning lights went on. We took it to the dealer and they came back all too soon with the news that a "rodent" had been chewing on our wiring. Niki had to deliver the news that squirrels are not covered in the warranty. The whole problem was solved with a little humor and capable mechanics. More

Niki is Awesome Niki was terrific! She took my call, listened to my situation and was able to get my Q5 into the shop and provide me a loaner when no other dealer had Niki was terrific! She kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my vehicle and was completely understanding of my situation. The service team and the inspection performed revealed not only the issue I initially brought my vehicle in for, but a few other items that needed attention. I can happily say the team was thorough catching items that would have been a huge headache later on, if left unserviced. All in all, while the service center is further than other locations, I'm inclined to make the drive to have the team service my vehicle again. More

Went in for a rear main seal fix, in the process they broke my transmission then instead of giving me a new one got one from a junkyard at about 70,000 and only gave me a 1 year warranty on someone else’ broke my transmission then instead of giving me a new one got one from a junkyard at about 70,000 and only gave me a 1 year warranty on someone else’s transmission of which we have no record of the quality. Can’t believe the professionals broke something so important and proceeded to give me a hand me down from a junk yard. Really worth the experience. I am going to avoid them at all costs (this was sunset Audi service in Portland, Oregon. Manager was nice and so was the front desk but I mean come on breaking a transmission and giving me one found at a scrap yard? It should have been brand new because they were at fault. All to save money and the most cost effective way to say they “covered it” More

I recieved frequent text updates and additional service suggestions on a timely basis. when I returned the next morning to pickup my car it was detailed and waiting out front. Nicki was very professional and engaging. I paid on line so I didn't have to wait to get back on the road. More

Niki always takes care of me with a great attitude We had a mishap wherein a semi-truck driver hit the driver's side mirror. Niki and the whole service team from Beaverton to Portland took care of me. We had a mishap wherein a semi-truck driver hit the driver's side mirror. Niki and the whole service team from Beaverton to Portland took care of me. They were very knowledgeable in what was best for the mirror replacement and also in helping the truck driver who had to pay for the damage. The sales staff is fantastic and the financing professionals were awesome. Special kudos to David Smith, Juan Bautista, and Alex Reath (sales manager). The latest purchase of my 2019 etron was professional, efficient, and the price was on target. But most of all, the service and care was exemplary. Niki Salinas in service also needs to be commended as the service department and her kindness sets a high mark for the dealership. More
