Bought the car used with 500 miles on it, the original owner bought a service agreement and it was supposed to transfer to me. They had the service agreement noted with the serial number so it was no hassle at all. My 10k service was already paid for. Niki was knowledgeable about the recall and explained the procedure to me. Brought my vehicle in for 2 issues and one of them was something the attendant wasn't sure how long it would take to resolve so they set me up for a l Brought my vehicle in for 2 issues and one of them was something the attendant wasn't sure how long it would take to resolve so they set me up for a loaner instead of making me wait. Was in and out fast and the issue was resolved in ~5hrs so very happy. More
