The salesman was helpful, cheerful and pleasant. The numbers guy was sneaky, and slimy. I asked why my financing amount was so high, he mentioned taxes and did not mention the $3500 warranty. I just bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE . I cannot tell you how nice it was dealing with Sue! I had such a bad experience at Automotive Ave I truly was dreading going to another dealership. Well that all changed when i was graciously greeted by the receptionist and then met Sue who had a smile on her face. We sat down and she immediately put me at ease with her wonderful sense of humor making my daughter and i laugh....She was also all business no nonsense your here for this car lets go. It was truly the best experience getting my SUV from her! I feel like I made a friend and I would recommend her highly!
