I really recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a hassle free buying experience. I have been very happy with both cars I’ve purchased from this dealership my Honda accord and CR-V. In the future I will most certainly buy my next vehicle from this dealership. Service was amazing. I really appreciate the staff that works at Honda universe. The salesman was helpful, cheerful and pleasant. The numbers guy was sneaky, and slimy. I asked why my financing amount was so high, he mentioned taxes and did not mention the $3500 warranty.
