Fast, friendly, pleasantly treated I made an appointment for Saturday morning and when I arrived there, you would have thought I was the only one that had scheduled service until you we I made an appointment for Saturday morning and when I arrived there, you would have thought I was the only one that had scheduled service until you went into the waiting area and saw several people already there. I had personal service and offered a car to go get breakfast while they performed my service. I did accept and returned after about an hour to accept the return of my vehicle that had the oil changed, wipers replaced and tire pressure light off. Car was washed and ready to go. Very pleased with my experience there More

Routine maintenance was anything but routine Ferman BMW has maintained my car since I bought it in 2015. Nick is great. Good service, but slow and expensive They do a good job, but they had me waiting for 3 hours, and then they gave me a loaner to be able to work that day. Also, I called before to ask for the price of a service without giving my name and I got an estimate, but when I got there they told me it was twice that much. Not sure I want to go back, I might go to a different place next time, don't like to be taken advantage of. The final result of the service was good, though. More
