Always a pleasure I have never had a bad experience at Ferman BMW. The staff is friendly, courteous, and wonderfully competent. Fast service. Professional. I’ve been using this service department for 7 years now and it’s been always very good experience. Professional, quick and courteous service. But it is the quality of German engineering that keeps me disappointed at times. Too many repairs for a brand new car with low mileage. I take good care of it, keep it maintained on time, but it the car gives me problems now with the engine. It shouldn’t happen to a BMW with 65k miles with one owner. More

Delayed satisfaction After purchasing a new 230 BMW problems arose which could not be diagnosed. After waiting several weeks I exchanged the 230 for an X1. Corporate coul After purchasing a new 230 BMW problems arose which could not be diagnosed. After waiting several weeks I exchanged the 230 for an X1. Corporate could not diagnose the problem. It took approximately one month for BMW corporate to compensate the dealership to make the vehicle exchange happen. I have no complaint with Ferman but feel that BMW corporate took too long to address this problem. After leasing at least 13 BMWs I don’t feel that BMW corporate treated me as the loyal customer that I am. I think this issue should have been resolved much quicker. I think Ferman did everything it could but needed more cooperation from BMW corporate. Special thanks to Alexis, Paul and Karl for being so helpful. More

A Truly Exemplary Experience! I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW is also due for scheduled services that are covered by warranty. The tire is not overpriced, so I decided to replace both front tires. At 37,000 miles rhey are borh almost due for replacement. Thank you to the entire Ferman BMW team! More

Best oil change in town! No one likes having to take time out of their schedule to get their car serviced, but Nick somehow made it refreshingly enjoyable.
