I had booked service on line with all the things I needed done and checked out. I arrived and after a short time they said my car was ready. They did the recall work. However, none of the other work had bee done and checked out. I arrived and after a short time they said my car was ready. They did the recall work. However, none of the other work had been done. So I was there 3 hours later for a total of 4.5 hours and nothing was fixed. More

Service department both (BMW and Mini) is excellent. They always treats me and my car like a VIP. The BMW genius is very knowledgeable and quickly answers my questions.
