Stay away. After misdiagnosing my 7 series BMW and wasting $7,000, My car has yet to be fixed. Now they say that the actual issue needing repair is another $14, After misdiagnosing my 7 series BMW and wasting $7,000, My car has yet to be fixed. We brought my 2016 car in to have it checked out and the report came back with a lot of problems. The car had 51,000 miles on it. We were surprised in how this was handled and expect more from a bmw. The list of repairs was shocking for a car well maintained and barely driven. The way the news was delivered wasn’t satisfactory. I even talked about a trade and he showed zero interest. Needless to say, I traded it in for a brand new Mercedes three days later. More
