At the time of purchase, I was very satisfied with the treatment I received. The staff went above and beyond to make a good impression and strongly encouraged me to leave a positive review—in fact, that w treatment I received. However, now that I’m in the process of paying off my car, I’ve run into some issues. I have several questions and concerns, but unfortunately, I feel like I’m being ignored. I’ve reached out multiple times over the past three weeks—leaving messages and voicemails for the salesman, the receptionist, and even the finance manager—but haven’t been able to get a response from anyone. Since reviews seemed to matter so much during the sale, I’m hoping this one gets someone’s attention. Update: After resorting to leaving a negative review, my questions were finally answered and the issue was resolved. The staff was great throughout, but it was frustrating that it took that step to get a response. Overall, I’m pleased with the service. More
