Service was done quickly and efficiently. I've worked with Nick several times and he's always been very pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with the professional way how Nick advised me to service my Acura TL a couple of weeks ago. I always receive great service. Nick (service guide) always handles service on my cars. I have two (2) cars serviced here (2000 TL3.2 & 2015 MDX). As always, I am a more than satisfied customer at Jackson Acura. This is in large part due to Nick Covino. I bought my car in 2007 (no, I'm not kidding) from Paul Silverman. It has a manual transmission, and Acura. This is in large part due to Nick Covino. I bought my car in 2007 (no, I'm not kidding) from Paul Silverman. It has a manual transmission, and since I can no longer get one with a stick shift, I have kept my Acura. But in truth, it is such a good car, I would have kept it anyway. I will soon be purchasing another Acura, but I am keeping the one I have. Nick has been a great service representative and I completely trust him with jobs large and small. More

so so...went there to have warranty work (passenger airbag inflator recall). when I called to make an appointment I had to give my VIN nbr. The man on the phone started to pretty much argue with me tha airbag inflator recall). when I called to make an appointment I had to give my VIN nbr. The man on the phone started to pretty much argue with me that my VIN did not exist. He was about to hang up on me. But I asked him to read back the VIN that I had told him and he had one letter wrong..no apology or even light hearted joke about it. This is the South usually people are friendlier lol... Then I asked if they could give me a loaner car and he very quickly said "no we dont do that". The literature that I had received in several mails about my recall said I could have a loaner car.. So I spent $20 plus using lyft to get there and back..I thought acura was a premium brand. When I arrived with my car the dealership was nearly deserted and it took several minutes before anyone helped me and no one really eber greeted me. When I returned to pick up my car again no one greeted me at all. I wondered around trying to get some help. After awhile I just stood outside the door of my service rep (he was busy with anothet customer). When he was done he did help me...but it seemed strange there was no process or greeting when arriving at the dealership to pick up my car..It felt rude for me to stand right outside his office door, but if I had not done that, who knows when I would have been helped. Also the snack bar was pathetic and next to no snacks or drinks. As I said earlier I thought acura was a premium brand and I expected a much warmer friendlier environment..I will not go back to this particular dealership again. More

I was very pleased as my 2020 RDX had less than 7000 miles so this was my yearly check up…Nick (service teak) was very helpful and patient in explaining exactly what he was doing. I was delighted with my bill and he said I did not need to come back until next year! Over the years I have worked with him since this is my 2nd Acura - so I am thankful that Jackson has a senior service rep with his knowledge. More
