Lacking in customer service. Told my question was “out of their pay grade”. Offered no solution to a problem that occurred to our other Acura. Didn’t offer me anything but the do Told my question was “out of their pay grade”. Offered no solution to a problem that occurred to our other Acura. Didn’t offer me anything but the door! Also tried to charge me for service when we pay it in our lease agreement. Kept saying he couldn’t find it acting very dismissive. After a few more tries he finally found it. Took our problem with the 2020 TLX to Lou Sohb and they found that the bolt had not been screwed in properly and therefore the reason for the oil leak on our garage floor. They also found none of the fluid levels had been topped off. They fixed everything your dealership failed to do and it was free! Your dealership lacks in so many ways. When my lease expires in 2023 I will be taking my car to a dealership that cares. My husband and I both lease a car from this dealership and have also leased before with them. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have never been treated so rudely. I have also submitted a complaint with the Acura website given to me by this dealership. The response was they couldn’t forward it to anyone so therefore it never was addressed back in October when this occurred. All I can tell you is that had the engine seized up on my husband on his way to Alabama two days after this service their would have been action taken. Extremely disappointed! More

My service advisor was apparently supposed to be Cameron, but the only time I saw him was when he wanted my signature on the paper. Nick is a jerk and should have no interaction with the public. I miss Kenda but the only time I saw him was when he wanted my signature on the paper. Nick is a jerk and should have no interaction with the public. I miss Kendall ( I think that was the guys name who was my former advisor) - at least he made him feel like he cared for the customer and had a personality. More
