I was disappointed in the customer service at the service department. I called to get a recall done. When parts became available, Nick called me to make an appointment. I asked for a loaner car. When I got there on the day of the day of the appointment (that was made at convenience of Jackson), no loaner was available even though there were literally a hundred cars on the lot with signs saying test drive. Nick called an uber for me. In the time of COVID, that did not seem like a good idea. When I returned to pick up my car, the young man who brought me the car was not wearing a mask. I asked why and he said that he wears one when talking to customers. I did not ask the obvious question....why would you breathe in a small car without a mask? I have 2 Acuras and I love them. It is very disappointing that Jackson Staff have an attitude when I think you are suffering as a business. Not good. More
