Nick Ferraro was our sales rep. & it was a nice experience interacting with him. Nick listened to our request for what we we were looking in a new Toyota and sourced a RAV4 to acc & it was a nice experience interacting with him. Nick listened to our request for what we we were looking in a new Toyota and sourced a RAV4 to acccomodate us. Afterwards Nick stayed on top of the deal every step of the way by informing us on the build date & then expected delivery date. In the future when it comes time shop for a new Toyota he is going to be our go to sales rep. More

My car was totaled and I was without a car for roughly a month. When I was finally able to make it to the dealerships, I was running around like crazy trying to find a dealership that had a 2022 Toyota High month. When I was finally able to make it to the dealerships, I was running around like crazy trying to find a dealership that had a 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Every other dealership we went to either had none on the lot or had been spoken for when they arrived. Herb Chambers of Toyota was so good to us. They had literally ONE highlander hybrid which I was able to secure. I didn't feel pressured to buy or purchase any packages and the salesman, Nick, was so genuine and personable and super transparent. Overall it was a great experience and I felt satisfied walking out. I should also mention that this dealership was the only one that was able to give me a loaner car while I wait for my car to arrive; even with that they made me priority due to my situation More
