Sal Kamal is the worst sales manager you can have. You can tell he has no prior business experience or any interpersonal skills, so you need to place him somewhere where customers aren’t allowed to see or can tell he has no prior business experience or any interpersonal skills, so you need to place him somewhere where customers aren’t allowed to see or speak to him. He has zero mentoring skills and is an embarrassment for Lexus entity. His attitude and ego belongs in the trash can. Treat customers with respect. And maybe you guys can gain loyal customers again.
