I had issues with the original vehicle & they did everything in thier power to help get me into a vehicle in my price range, as money & monthly payment was key. And even though I did not end up in my ideal car, I believe i will be happy, after I settle into my new choice. I shopped for used cars in my price range & although the car I ended up with had a few dings, it seems like a nice car. God willing, all will go well with this one. Thank you to the team at Lexus for helping to get me into a comparable vehicle & mostly for your patience. It is not easy shopping for a car on a budget, and even that much more difficult when you are a widow & single mother on a fixed income. Thank you Nicholas, Jorge & Jay for all of your help. More
