Hello John Merrill! Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. Much of what you say is true, John. You did purchase a vehicle, and you did choose add in a few products when you signed your paperwork. John, a member of the management team spoke to you before you left to make 100% sure you did not want to remove any of the items you chose to purchase. You informed them that you signed to add those optional products, and you would keep them. Regarding your total cost, yes, the overall cost to you does increase when you add in your sales tax and add up all of the interest that you would be paying over the term of the loan. Mr. Merrill, you signed several documents, all of which had disclosed everything. Purchase order, retail installment contract, a menu with what you wanted/did not want, along with each individual product you selected needing a signature. Since you have written this review, the management team has again made several attempts to get in touch with you to help you resolve this. As we have mentioned, we are still more than happy to cancel the items that you do not want to keep, but you need to return our calls. John, the best contacts would be the General Sales Manager-Clint Edwards, or the New Car Manager-Jake Fisher. Thank you Mr. Merrill, we hope you do return our calls so we can help guide you through this.
