They were eager to help and didn't act like I was bothering them like my other experiences. They arranged a time I could come down and took me for a test drive within 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in. I dealt with Mohammed and he was great. Answered all my questions. Finance department was great also. Had a new truck within an two hours. Bought on a Saturday afternoon and picked up Monday. The service manager even came over to answer a question I had. First new vehicle purchase and I'm glad I went. Did everything we agreed on. More

Islington Chrysler had one... which we loved, but continued to research other dealers for better pricing and that included different provinces. In the end, Islington Chrysler did offer us the fairest deal the first day we were there.... which in the car industry is rare. It took us over a month to finally be comfortable knowing that it was the best deal... but without a doubt, it really was. We love the Rubicon Hard Rock and will recommend our friends to Islington Chrysler and our salesman Mohammed Al-Barrak. More

How to make a painful experience fun I'm assuming there are people out there who love buying and trading cars - aside from those who have made it their career. I, however, would gladly bu I'm assuming there are people out there who love buying and trading cars - aside from those who have made it their career. I, however, would gladly buy one car in my life, and have done with it. Since cars don't seem to obey my wishes, I found myself entering the doors of Islington Chrysler etc. etc. I must admit, I had done my homework, and pretty much knew what I could afford, and what I wanted. Enter Mohammed. He was wonderfully patient and helpful as I ran through various purchasing options over the course of three looong visits, and even seemed to enjoy my family's odd sense of humour. His intelligent assessments and good advice were much appreciated. Pat was efficient, smart, funny, and fair. So I now have a new-to-me car, and except for the fact that I'd like it to last forever, I'd happily go back and do business with Mohammed and Pat again. More
