Working with Mohamed was top-tier. We first met Mohamed the summer of 2019 and told him we wanted a Highlander Hybrid in about a year. Upon our return to Ed Martin Toyota the summer of 2020, Mohamed was ea the summer of 2019 and told him we wanted a Highlander Hybrid in about a year. Upon our return to Ed Martin Toyota the summer of 2020, Mohamed was easy to work with; showed us the inventory and talked to us specifically about the colors and options we wanted. He took the time to find a lot of information we asked for and did not pressure us to decide what we wanted too quickly. We probably were in the dealership a half-a-dozen times before we actually purchased the exact vehicle we wanted, when we wanted it. Mohamed became a trusted salesman who we had confidence in. He provided four different price sheets between June-20 and September-20 that really helped us to decide what to purchase. After the vehicle arrived he spent a well-appreciated amount of time on two different occasions explaining the various features and operation of all the options. My wife and I both felt we received a fair price for a great new vehicle and are very happy with Mohamed (and the rest of the Ed Martin staff). On our last visit with our new car, Mohamed took a nice picture of us with our new Highlander which was a nice final touch! More
