Whitby Toyota is by far the best car dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with. My vehicle purchases and after sales service experiences since my first Toyota product purchase in 2011 have had the pleasure of doing business with. The service staff are friendly and accommodating. I appreciate them arranging a ride home for me, and the waiting area is always clean and comfortable when I choose to stay. In my recent visit, I found it odd that they questioned whether I was using my summer lug nuts on my winter wheels. They seemed shocked when I reminded them that I purchased the second set of lug nuts directly from them just a year ago. Since they asked me this same question previously, it felt like they were either trying to upsell me on parts I already own or they sold me the wrong lug nuts to begin with. They also mentioned the tire puncture repair was $60. While this was covered under warranty and did not cost me anything, it is significantly more than most independent shops would charge. I suppose you go to a dealership for their specific knowledge of your vehicle rather than to save money. More

From start to finish, Moshin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled smoothly. He took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done, answered all of my questions patiently, and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated his transparency and attention to detail—it made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring. It’s not always easy to find an advisor who combines strong technical knowledge with great customer service, but Moshin does exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone bringing their vehicle to Whitby Toyota, and I’ll definitely be asking for him again for future service appointments. More
