Efforts to resolve this through normal channels have been futile, as repeated attempts to contact General Manager Mitchell have been met with non-responsiveness. His lack of engagement on this matter is concerning and unprofessional. Furthermore, the customer service experience has been equally frustrating. The reception staff consistently places me on hold indefinitely or disconnects the call upon recognizing my number, demonstrating a lack of respect and professionalism. They boast about having no 'dealer fee' to lure you in, but don't be fooled—check the MSRP on their vehicles. It’s normally higher than what other dealerships or websites list for the exact same build. Hollywood Kia, you’re not fooling anyone with these games. Overall, if that's a service you would like to receive, go ahead. More

Overall good experience. Dealership was not keen on honoring true car price. We were informed the dealership looses money. Also I don’t feel loyalty rebates should be tied to interest rates as dealerships dare still receiving full payment for the vehicle. Otherwise good experience. We love our new Kia Soul! More

Hollywood Kia, Florida Worst customer service ever ! !! I made an appointment at their behest. No one knew about it. They told me nobody ever knows about appointments. It’s just a sales gimmick. not a good start …I told Ilgal spivak That I did not want to be helped by him. (respectfully) I wanted somebody else he said if I wanted a car, he has to help me. He literally gave me a “script” to study printed out with instructions to ensure he received a 10 on their survey and kept pushing it like he was desperate (I know why now ). I knew the exact car I wanted and told them the payments that I could afford. Easy right? Noooo. Ilgal spivak begged and forced me to drive it saying, I couldn’t buy the car unless I drove it. I did not want to drive it. I wanted to buy it and leave. They wrote down on a little piece of paper the payments I would be making but neglected to tell me that the number they showed me was “before taxes!” Nasty trick. They also forgot to cancel my 2022 for the 2024 exchange (information from Kia finance) so one month I had to pay for both! I tried my best to get information about the double payment but The Dealership ignored me ignored my calls hung up on me! Never returned my callsHollywood Kia, Florida Worst customer service ever !!!
