It started out great at first when we started looking back in july or beginning august. We spoke to ron and he was great. We took a rouge for a test drive then and kept ron in mind while we looked around. We went back late september and dealt with ron again. We took another rouge for a test drive back to where we live and on the way back the low fuel light came on and so we had to put some gas in it but we did get reimbursed for it. Ron was very knowledgeable in the vehicle. We decided to purchase and he was very good with the purchase of our vehicle. On the financing end of our purchase Misti was very thorough and very helpful in choosing add ons and accessories. She wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us anything we did not want. On the day we picked up the vehicle we found out Ron had left and we would see Domenic to finalize things. At the time we were not given an explanation or a phone call ahead of time to the reason why until we asked. Upong hearing the reason it was fine. Domenic was good but we both felt a little rushed when going over some features in the vehicle. Also when we got the vehicle home and I was checking it I discovered underneath the rubber mat in the trunk the area had not been properly vacumed and there was debris on the carpet. We have now had the rouge for almost 2 weeks and maybe we are old school but no one from the dealership has called to ask if we enjoy the vehicle or the dealership. The other 2 we purchased previously both dealerships did call us. More

Best New Car Buying Experience EVER!! From start to finish ... and everything in between ... this truly was my best car buying experience. I met Jesse on August 31, 2017, and he was pleas From start to finish ... and everything in between ... this truly was my best car buying experience. I met Jesse on August 31, 2017, and he was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. No question went unanswered. I felt as though he got to know me, my car needs, my car wants and even my little quirks. The best part of all this was that I was relaxed and had SO much fun. Jesse went out of his way to make sure that I felt at ease to make up my mind at my own pace. He went so far as to allow me to check out a Mitsubishi Mirage that I also had my heart set on. The deal at Mitsubishi went SO well (plus they had offered a 10/10/10year warranty that NO other dealer could compete with) I signed a deal that day for the Mirage. Long story short, 5 days later, I called Jesse back. I had cancelled my deal with Mitsubishi dealership in Hamilton because of bad (I mean REALLY bad) customer service. I called Jesse from the car lot in Hamilton and let him know that I was coming back. In the long run ... I wish I had never left Collins Nissan. The day I came to pick up the vehicle was also the day that I signed all the paperwork for their amazing financing and met Misty. She was also pleasant, professional and personable to deal with. Great deal on a used car I was really impressed with the great service what Krista and Rene gave me and how they answered all my questions. They gave me a great deal on a 2008 Buick what is in great condition and he really tries everything to please you and make you a happy car owner.
