The Service Department is always friendly, and knowledgeable. They treat you with respect and always seem to remember your name even if you only come in every 3 months for an oil change and tire r knowledgeable. They went above and beyond expectations. They picked up and delivered my car due to medical appointments my hubby and I had. Holm Automotive offers the best service by far! When I received an email from OnStar that my Equinox needed service I called to make an appointment right away and I spoke to Chuck. Who scheduled my appoin received an email from OnStar that my Equinox needed service I called to make an appointment right away and I spoke to Chuck. Who scheduled my appointment and took care of my vehicle’s issues. Miranda was able to come pick up my Equinox so I didn’t even have to come in at all.
