My husband shopped around for a new car for us as our truck was a little too big for our garage. He is very particular in what he wanted and it was to have a very comfortable car for taking long trips a truck was a little too big for our garage. You see I have several medical problems and he is always concerned about me. Once he found the vehicle that might work for us he brought me in to see the vehicle. The sales person Mike welcomed me and made me feel like family and that made me feel good about this dealership. Mike was having a great time joking around with my husband as my husband tried several times to get a better price for the vehicle he loves to barter. Once I sat in the vehicle I really liked it and told my husband if he liked as well we should get it. So we said yes to our new vehicle. Next when the paperwork was ready my husband brought me back in to sign with him, the person we then met was Cory and he was very pleasant and very accommodating to my health issues. We were then shown the vehicle front to back, left to right, and in between, that was awesome to me. The staff are amazing and I can't think of another place to bye a car. Kia must mean family in another language or something. It was a great experience for us buying our new car. (SUV) More

We brought our 2010 KIA which we previously purchased from Perth KIA in for an oil change and when I was informed that my warranty was soon to expire we went outside and looked at the new Rondo with delu from Perth KIA in for an oil change and when I was informed that my warranty was soon to expire we went outside and looked at the new Rondo with deluxe features - Mike Peters talked about the redesign of the vehicle and the latest features and suggested we take it for a test drive which we did. We were both pleased with the new vehicle and I asked about ours as a trade in. KIA was having a sale so it made it viable for us to trade in and upgrade. When we picked up the vehicle yesterday (October 2) Fern Turpin spent well over an hour going over the controls and especially the display features of the vehicle and even set up my cell phone for hands free use. Fern even said to drop in anytime if I have any problems with the display features. Always a great experience dealing with Perth KIA. More

I've purchased four new cars in my driving life and this experience was amazing. I have always wanted a car that fits in my budget and it's the first time I've gotten off the lot and not regretted the decision. I dealt with Mike the most as he was the sales consultant and I found he was first class. He treats you with respect and he makes you feel comfortable. He wasn't pushy and he made you feel like a friend or family member. He was very honest with you with any questions you asked and he went out of his way to get the answers to your questions if he wasn't sure. I have bought many used cars from other dealers but this was overall my best experience ever. I drove all the way from Brockville to look and eventually buy the 2009 Toyota Corolla and I can say it was well worth the drive. Perth Kia is a first class dealership with first class people.
